ACEO Card - making off

This evening, i have another little tutorial for. I made this comission
ACEO Card for -Suika_ from www.animexx.de.
First, i made a sketch of the scene setting on normal copy paper.
Secondly i do the sketch on watercolorpaper with Faber Castell pecil
Thirdly, inking the lines with burnt sienna ink from Rohrer  & Klingner.
I erase the pencil lines and then i begin
to color the lines.

intermediate stages page 10 of my manga

I tried to keep the site simple here to let the reader get
a relation to Juni and her feelings. The storyboard is just
a rough distribution of what is central to the viewer.
I keep an eye of it but do some changes as well in the
further stages. ^^ When i do the the tracing i use an
blue mechanical pencil. it won't show up after scanning ;)

while inking i concentrated to give Juni's eyes a good
contrast and to avoid putting too much details into the back-
ground. The page should be easy to read and also look clean!
With the screentone i finally create more atmosphere
and set some strong contrasts to lead the reader through the
panels ;)

Hope you like page 10
